Kejang Yodon

Kejang Yodon remembers how unlike today where almost everyone wears shoes, the shoes of those days (changzong) were affordable to only a few. The rest would walk bare feet; lichen and moss served as the soles and socks of those days. They traversed through snow in the higher reaches of Eaglenest. “People from that older generation could walk a lot”, adds Kejang.
